Service Area

AppCAA serves Lee, Scott and Wise counties, as well as the city of Norton. In addition, Child Care Connect also serves the counties of Dickenson, Buchanan, Russell, Washington, Tazewell, Smyth, Bland, Grayson, Wythe, and the cities of Bristol and Galax.  AppCAA also provides Weatherization and Indoor Plumbing and Rehabilitation services in Dickenson County.
