Appalachian Community Action and Development Agency, Inc. (AppCAA) is searching for a Weatherization Crew Member. Starting pay is $16.48, with a raise after 6 months employment, with great potential for advancement. Applicants must have the ability to safely use hand tools, possess basic carpentry skills, keep accurate records, the desire to work with low-income individuals, ability to lift heavy objects, ability to crawl in small spaces, ability to climb ladders and be available for out-of-town travel to attend training. A High School diploma/GED is preferred. Drug screening and background check required.
